Holly Berry is a newly constructed home located in Highlands Hills near Half Mile Farm and only 5 minutes from downtown Highlands. Holly Berry is a two bedroom, two bathroom, cottage style home that can sleep up to 6 people. Enter the home through a covered porch to a large great room with high ceilings and a gas fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a large granite island with seating for 3 people, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric stovetop and a stainless steel refrigerator.  The dining room with table set for 6 people leads outside to a stone patio with a cowboy cauldron fire pit and gas grill. Back inside Holly Berry, the master bedroom is located on the main level. The master bedroom has a king bed with a walk-in closet and the master bathroom has a shower and one sink. The second main level bedroom has a queen bed, a closet and a bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combo and a sink with granite counter tops. An open staircase leads up to the loft with two twin beds and plenty of space. Holly Berry is located in the Apple Lake area where fishing and lake access are a short walk away from the home.


Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $3,000 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
