
- Most homes are equipped with a washer
and dryer, dishwasher, television (satellite or cable),
bed linens and towels unless otherwise noted. Please ask
your reservationists for details.
- Smoking is not allowed in any home.
- The phrase "Pet Friendly" refers
to homes that may accept a dog. Cats or any other animals
are not permitted.
- "Pet Friendly" homes
accept dogs at the owners discretion. An approval process
is required. Most owners approve according to breed. Once
a pet is approved veterinarian documents and completion
of a Pet Waiver Form is required prior to arrival. A nonrefundable
taxable fee of $100.00 per animal is required. Failure
to comply will result in early termination without refund
of rent or security deposit.
- Be linens and towels are provided in all
homes but must remain in the homes.
- Rates are inclusive of departure cleaning
and other services. Rates for rentals in excess of three
weeks include a cleaning every 2 weeks.
- Guests of Trillium Links & Lake Club
are issued Member Guest cards which allow access to most
amenities and/or events.
- Guests of Sapphire will need to
pick up their amenity cards at the Sapphire Community
Center. There is a nominal fee charged per card.

The Mountain Vacation Rentals Reservation staff will call
the following business day after an online reservation is
made. Please be sure to include a number where you can be
reached during the day so that we may verify your choice
prior to creating a confirmation packet. If we cannot reach
you within two business days your reservation will be processed
and confirmation mailed to the address provided.
