Find your home by first using our date calendar to see what is available. This is the quickest way to begin narrowing down your search. Enjoy the tips below to make this much more enjoyable, especially if your planning for an entire group!

  • Find what homes by size or location that are available for their required dates.
  • Use the amenity search options for special requests like a king bed, or pet friendly, maybe an out door hot tub is a real desire.

Each home can also be searched by clicking on our "Location" drop down box to view the option listed below:

  • After clicking on the calendar provided with your arrival & departure dates, we suggest searching first to include your location (wooded, lake view, etc.), size of your home & initial priority amenity options.
  • Once your home list appears, click on the sorting tab that appears in the upper right corner. This sorts your choices by smallest bedroom or bathrooms first.
  • When sorting by name, your search will be organized in alphabetical order for ease of search for our return guests.

Your On-Line booking is simple & secure
Once you have found the home for your vacation get-away, click on reserve property and follow the prompts to make your reservation. If you would prefer, please call our office for a reservation associate to handle your reservation with you. We will then send a reservation confirmation with our Guest License agreement for you to sign and mail back to us with the enclosed envelope. Travel Insurance is not included in your fee, so when we contact you to verify your reservation confirmation, we will forward the options available for your vacation stay protection.

We will call you first
When our guests reserve on-line, one of our Mountain Vacation Rentals reservation staff personnel call the guest to verify their choice before charging any fees to their credit card. If the guest cannot be reached within 2 business days the card will be charged the 50% deposit. Please refer to our cancellation policy.
