While staying as a guest in a home at Trillium Links and Lake Club, houseguests are allowed to use club facilities in accordance with a) privileges of the sponsoring member (homeowner) and b) in accordance with club rules and regulations. Those guests will be granted membership privileges under the "Houseguest" category. Each home is clearly identified as a Trillium, Links and Lake or Landings member within the description of each guest home. To determine the level of membership privileges that will best meet your individual needs, please read the following information.

This level allows houseguests of a member to use of all club amenities and offers preferred tee times. Houseguests shall pay all applicable fees and charges as established by the club for these privileges.

• No pets are allowed on rental boats at any time, nor left in the car unattended.
• If there is alcohol on the boat, there must be a designated driver.
• Boat rentals are for two & four-hour periods. There are no credits for late departures from the dock, and boats must return to their dock location at the designated time.
• Boat rentals are available from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
• Boat rates begin at $140.00/2 HRS. - $270.00/4 HRS. Boats range from deck (pontoon-skiing) boats, fishing boats and ski boats. Canoes, Kayaks, Tubes & Skis (rope & vest included) are available for rental.

Trillium's newest community Chinquapin, a low density, conservation community featuring only 200 home sites on 2,000 pristine acres, offers miles of secluded hiking, mountain biking & horse trails. Houseguests at Trillium will enjoy access to amenities at Chinquapin. Watch for the New "MoCat" golf training facility opening Summer of 2007. It will be located adjacent to the gentle sloped "walking" 9-hole regulation 3400 yd. Morris Hatalsy designed Chinquapin Golf Course.

To access the Norton River fishing stream, houseguests park their vehicles above the cart barn (next to the pro-shop.) The Pro shop will checkout a golf cart to you and assign a reach that is available. Our staff will direct you to the fishing area by cart path through the Trillium Golf Course to the reach area nearby. Enjoy!
